On February 20, 2020, I had the pleasure of participating in a mock trial, with the Utah Conference of Land Surveyors in St. George, Utah. Thank you to Jason Foose for organizing this. I was able to work with John Stahl, Brent Bateman, and other talented people. Devron Andersen was a good sport in being cross-examined at some length.

My hope is that this event sensitized all of us, as to the risks of going to court, and the need for exercising care and thoroughness when determining the location of land boundaries.
